When you faced lux in the early levels i think you whete doing a mistake poking with the shadow and then jumping to it. Because you had no CD to hit her and she wouls hit and end up winning the trado on you. Even if you had to, you could have just had much more hp for that

I have question as well what makes zed weak recently as I roam around plat and find success with zed then again i am still considered low elo, because i've seen the wr in low elo go down a lot but high elo zed's are dominating.
